Raw material extraction

The rock deposit was found, as a result of Research and Development works, which according to its indicators, corresponds to the initial conditions of the technological process. The quarry is located on the territory of the Yampil territorial community, Vinnytsia region. The total capacity of the quarry is 1.603 million m3.

The extraction of limestone is projected by an open method.

The technological process of mining consists of the following:

  • excavation and mining works;
  • processing (shredding) of rock;
  • arrangement of dumps;
  • loading, transportation;
  • mining and technical reclamation.

Further steps to produce paper:

  • unloading limestone from the quarry into the receiving bunker;
  • preliminary grinding of limestone to a fraction of 40-50 mm;
  • grinding limestone to a fraction of 10-20 mm;
  • supply of stone to the mill hopper.

Additionally, at the stage of development of project documentation and environmental impact assessment, measures will be developed to reduce the impact of negative factors on the ecological situation in the region and their implementation at all stages of limestone mining.

Paper production technology

General principle of production:

  1. Unloading into the receiving hopper and grinding the stone to a fraction of 40-50 mm.
  2. Grinding of stone to fraction, serving of stone into hopper-feeder of mill.
  3. Metered supply of limestone to the mill and grinding up to 1000 bags per shift.
  4. Deposition of stone flour in the filter and supply of material by the system of conveyor screws to the silo accumulator.
  5. Air release after flour deposition through filter cyclone.
  6. Drying and storage of enriched flour in a forklift silo.
  7. Mixing stone flour with polyophilic resin and stabilizer.
  8. Extrusion and granulation of flour and resin mixture.
  9. Cooling pellets and chanting their silos-accumulators.
  10. Extrusion-Forming Primary Paper Tape.
  11. Control of initial web.
  12. Forming the specified parameters of the paper web using a roller mechanism.
  13. Control of parameters of the finished web.
  14. Winding a sheet of paper on a spool. Sending finished products to the warehouse.
