Location

Description of the location of production and limestone quarry:

The territory of the cross-border eco-industrial park - Yampil city territorial community of Mogilev-Podilskyi district of Vinnytsia region.
Form of ownership: land plot - communal property.
The total area is 17.2 hectares.
Terms of land use: conclusion of a lease agreement with the territorial community for 35 years.
Restrictions on use: part of the plot of land falls into the protection zone, where the solar power plant will be located.

Distribution

Transportation of finished products is planned to be carried out by road.

Products are planned to be exported to EU countries through the bridge on the Dniester River in the directions of Moldova-Romania-Austria-Italy, as well as through the West-East transport highway in the order of Poland-Germany.
Within Ukraine, the distribution of products will be carried out along the main highways connecting major cities.
From 2015 to 2021, the quality of roads in Ukraine improved significantly - 114th place (Global Competitiveness Report study).
The distance to the border crossing point "Mohyliv-Podilskyi" is 49 km.
The distance from the production to the EU country (Romania) is 128 km.

A promising way of implementation is sea transportation, which will significantly expand the geography of sales.
